1996 4Runner OBDII Plug location?

I have a 1996 4Runner, and have a check engine light, I have an OBDII scanner which I use on my other 96+ cars, which have easy access to their plugs. But I have absolutely no idea where the plug is on this car. If someone can tell me where it is that would be great. Thank you.

Update:

I have looked where the fuses are and where the clutch would be(I have an auto), and I still can’t find it, is it tucked in somewhere?

Look under the dash, If I rember correct it is on the right side by over the gas pedal.

the last persone is correct on the fact it might be under the dash, but its not that far back. its on the left side next to the steering wheel cover or under the hood on the drivers side closest to the windshield

On my 6-cylinder it is just to the right of the parking-brake, just below the dash cover. Kind-of where you would expect it to be.

OBD2 IS UNDER STEERING COLUMN, OBD1 IS UNDER HOOD. I DONT THINK YOUR 96 WILL HAVE OBD2
