請問煮菜的時候 開大火的英文怎麼說??

  有兩種爐子,電爐與瓦斯爐,

  Electirc Stove(電爐): To set on “high heat”.

  Gas Stove:(瓦斯爐): To set on “full flame”

  例如: 以大火炒五分鐘.

  To stir fry on high heat for five minutes.

  To stir fry on full flame for five minutes.

  Most people just say “on high”. The context is self-explanatory.

  e.g.

  Saute on high for 1 minutes.

  Cook on high for 5 minutes.

  Stir fry on high for 30 seconds.

  Simmer on low for 30 minutes.
